Formal head and shoulders only require the top half of the service dress uniform with required name tag, correct rank, ribbons and badges. Please reference AFI 36-2903 for assistance.
The Public Affairs Office has the right to decline service to the member if uniform is wrinkled, dirty or not presentable.
